Subscriptions, Cancellations, Credit Card Updates and Purchase Terms

 Reminder - ALL recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing period unless cancelled 24 hours prior to your next billing date.

New members will get the opportunity to subscribe at the end of Creating Your Ad. Non-active subscribers can click on PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTION in your sign in area. Payments are made through a secure website using Linkpoint.com. Subscription memberships re-bill automatically at the end of each cycle unless canceled. See below for more information on canceling your subscription.

If subscription is purchased under a Promotional Discount and fails to process and no arrangements have been made PRIOR to processing, once ad is turned off live to the public, normal monthly advertised rates will apply for any future advertising.

FAM registered masseur email address required to purchase subscription.

Registered credit card holder must agree to purchase terms to process a subscription purchase. New subscriptions cannot be processed through email and all interested party will be referred to our secured payment subscription billing company for processing. Third party credit card users can purchase subscriptions if Terms of Purchase are agreed upon.

Initial receipts will be issued for FAM registered email address only. Bank/credit card statements can be used for receipt thereafter.

FAM email address required in payment form for faster ad release. Most ads are released within a couple of business hours if all requirements have been meet under the Text and Photo Policy the proper FAM registered email address was inputed into the payment field. If you do not see your ad live to the public after payment confirmation, more than likely you failed to provide the needed FAM registered email address requested so that the system can recognize the payment associated with your ad. Email help@findamasseur.com asap with the email address or ID # to help the system recognize the paid subscription submitted for faster ad release.

Sorry, FAM does not accept checks.

How do I Cancel My Subscription?

Text and Photo Policy Refunds  - Refunds will NOT be given for ads failing to follow the Text and Photo Policy of the site. Agreement of this policy was given before creating an account, above each ad edit section and on the payment page. Please adjust your ad to meet the policies to allow your ad to be seen for the remaining time period of your advertisment.

Subscriptions to FAM can be canceled at any time at least 24 business hours prior to your next billing cycle by contacting FAM : Phone: (818) 625-4464, Office Hours: Mon. - Fri., 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. (PST) Closed most major holidays. You can also send us an email: billing@findamasseur.com or use the form below. Be sure to always include your FAM ID # and your FAM Registered Email address with all correspondences. Once, canceled, your ad will be turned to non-active at the end of your paid billing period unless an official email request to turn off early is made. Refunds cannot be giving for remaining time left on subscription period purchased. Reminder - We must receive all cancellation notices whether email or phone at least 24 business hours before your normal renewing billing date.

Refunds cannot be given for remaining time period left in your billing cycle. Refunds also cannot be given for previous months advertisement.

 Canceled subscriptions, either from payment failure or manual cancellations, will forfeit any promotional subscription rates previously subscribed.

 

How Do I Change My Credit Card?


If your subscription has been totally canceled, you can easily click on PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTION in your sign in area (Locker Room). Active subscriptions can easily be updated at any time by calling 1 (818) 625-4464. Updates must be made 24 business hours prior to your next billing period in order to process your request timely. Be sure to have your FAM ID # ready when you call. If you only need to update your expiration date, you can email your expiration date ONLY to billing@findamasseur.com from your FAM registered email address or use the form below. Always include your FAM registered email and ID # in all correspondences.
